How-to configure a record matching process
Introduction
A record matching process is used to identify a person, using specific attributes, or sets of attributes.
How-To configure a record matching process

1 | Create record matching process | SSO → Record-Matching Process Select “Create” in the top-right. Choose the Application Configuration of the Application you want to add the Record-Matching to. Set Max failed attempts. |
2 | Add Input Attributes | Choose which attribues have to be provided for the record-matching (for example: Login-Name, Firstname, Lastname, Email,Last Bill Amount) You can set an attribute to semi-private. This allows you to use the attribute for the matching process but it won't be saved in the CoreOne Suite. |
3 | Add Result Attributes | Choose or add the Attribute(s) that you want to identify a matched record with. |
4 | Testing the record-matching process | Log in into the chosen Applicaton Enter the Attributes you defined in the Input After a successfull Login, check if the CoreIdentity recieved the Output attribute. |
Verification & Reset
You can find a Success-Log of the record-matching process under SSO → Record Matching Sucess Log or in the Success-Log-Tab in the Record-matching process.
In the Success-Log of the Record Matching Process you can verify which users are matched, when they match(date) and if the matching is deleted.
You can also toggle their matching state. If you toggle this, the user has to match again on the next Login. This will generate a new entry in the success-log.
