How-To enable account reactivation
Introduction
This is a simple setting which allows you to reactivate your account. You can only reactivate accounts which have been deactivated.
Step 1 - Activate Reactivation
To activate the reactivation go to SSO → Settings → DisableReactivation. There you can set the value to 'false'. This will display the button on the login page.
Step 2 - Testing
To test, you can deactivate your account in the portal and log out after. Now there is a button on the login-page: “Reactivate Account“
You have to identify yourself and can continue the reactivation.
If you got deactivated by an administrator or the system, you have to send a reactivation-request. The administrator can either approve or deny this request.
