Introduction

Each role has a role type assigned to it. The role type can be used to categorize the roles into logical groups such as business roles, function roles and technical roles. It furthermore defines additional information like what attributes have to be stored about a role. For a business role we might wanna store a cost center number and for an technical role we might wanna store a product category. These role types and their appropriate attributes can be freely defined.
