Audit Trails

An audit trail is a chronological record that provides detailed documentation of all activities, events, or transactions within a system. It captures every action taken by users, including logins, file accesses, changes made to data, and system alerts. Each entry in an audit trail typically includes information such as the date and time of the action, the identity of the user who performed it, the type of action, and any changes that were made. Audit trails are essential for security, compliance, and troubleshooting, as they allow organizations to trace the history of actions and ensure accountability.

The Audit Trail of the CoreOne Suite can be found under Audit Trails. Each action is provided with an ID, in addition to which the operator, the affected instance, the action itself and all objects affected by it can be viewed.

Reports

Under this tab, the reports can be downloaded in PDF format. A few of the default reports include:

• Role assignments master data: Generates a report documenting where each role has been assigned (organizational assignment, function assignment, employment type assignment etc.)

• Resource mapping: Generates a report documenting where each resource has been assigned (organizational assignment, function assignment, employment type assignment etc.)

• Role assignments: Generates a report with all role assignments with all relevante information.

• Resource assignments to roles: Generates a report with all role assignments with all relevante information.

• Attribute values Core Identity: Generates a report with all the selected core identity attributes that match the provided filter.

• Attribute values identities: Generates a report with all the selected core identity attributes that match the provided filter.

• Identity memberships: Generates a report detailing all memberships linked to the selected identity, with data retrieved directly from the target system.

• Resource memberships: Generates a report listing all memberships associated with the selected resource, with data sourced directly from the target system.

• Authentication processes (Login history): Generates a report for all authentication processes.
