Privacy

Introduction

A user is entitled to his privacy by law. In the privacy section of the CoreOne Suite Self-Service Portal the user has access to a list of applications an clients to where he has given his consent to. At any given point he can see which data was provided to those applications and clients and he has the option to revoke the consent.

Data displayed

Grouped by application, all clients are listed with the following information:

• The date on when the consent was given

• A list of scopes the user agreed to. This typically involves:

  • The roles a user has within the application

  • The user profile including given name, name and so on

Revoke access

If the user chooses to revoke the access to the application, the consent from the consent store will be removed and all previously agreed terms and conditions and privacy policies are marked as revoked (not deleted).
