Help feature

Introduction

There is an option to display a help button in the application bar of the Self-Service bar. If enabled, this offers the user a way of requesting help. Within the help form, he can describe his issue and upload several documents or screenshots. The provided data will then be processed by a workflow. From within that workflow, you can decide what to do with the help request.

Enabling the help feature

To enable the help feature, simply configure and register an appropriate workflow of type RequestHelpWithAttachment
