Description
In the menu entry "Machine groups" all entered machine groups are listed.
Machine groups can be used to group machines together logically. It is possible to define which activities are performed in which schema block for each schema entered. For example, it can be configured that a backup of the Exchange database is created for all Exchange servers in the schema block preparation for the monthly patch run definition.
Unlike Tags, a Collection is assigned to the machine group. The collection determines which SCCM or PULP update list is applied to the machines.
