Overview

In the menu entry "Machines" all entered machines are listed.

Actions

The system administrator can define actions that are executable by all machine owners.

Filter

The displayed machines can be narrrowed down using the filter. The maschines can be sorted by their next patch run.

Maschine

Specifies the information known about the server.

Patch runs

Displays the next upcoming patch runs for the current machine.

In this tab, the machine owner or the administrator can remove a single machine from a patch run, if allowed by the configuration.

Under Edit you can change the patch window for this patch run or by selecting the option 'Use for all future patch runs?' you can just apply the selected patch window for the whole patch run definition.

Schema blocks

Here, activities can be assigned to the server for each entered schema, which are to be executed only for this server.

Tags

Displays the tags assigned to the server.

Tag Hierarchie

Shows the resolved dependencies of a machine to its assigned tags. The nestings of the tags among each other are resolved, as they are considered in the patch run.

Machine groups

Displays the machine groups assigned to the server.

Machine Owners

Here the machine owners can be configured. These can be of the type "Manager" or "Deputy manager". Only the currently valid or future owners are displayed. The assignments can be limited in time, so that substitutions can also be configured during vacation absences.

Activities

Similar to the Ritter scheme blocks, activities can be configured here. However, the activities configured here are only applied to the selected patch run. Therefore, these are actions to be executed once.

Services

Displays the services configured on the system and their status. The entries marked in orange are services that should be started according to the definition but are not.

Event-Log

Displays the event log information of the machine.

Activity log

If a patch run was started, the result is displayed here per executed activity.

Patch run exclusions

All exclusions from patch runs of the current machine are logged here.

Patchitems

Displays all installed updates on the system, if available. If the update was installed via a patch run, the corresponding patch run or the collection used is also displayed.

Manual Changelog

Here the manual changelog entries of a machine are displayed and can be entered for this machine.

Notifications

Here the currently logged in user can register for different events. During the registration he can also choose in which way he wants to be informed.
