In the first step you need to create an excel file. You have to create as many colums columns as the amount of Attributes that are assigned to this “Asset type”configured for thi this asset type.

The colums columns do not need to have the same name as the attributes. You will reference them (attribute → Excel row) in a later step.

If you want to import values, which should already have an existing assignment, you have to create a colum column with an identifier for the object with the assignment. For example the SID for an active directory identity.

Now fill in all the values for the attributes in the specified colum column you just created before.
