Create record matching process

SSO → Record-Matching Process

Select “Create” in the top-right.

Choose the Application Configuration of the Application you want to add the Record-Matching to.

Set Max failed attempts.

Add Input Attributes

Choose which attribues have to be provided for the record-matching (for example: Login-Name, Firstname, Lastname, Email,Last Bill Amount)

You can set an attribute to semi-private. This allows you to use the attribute for the matching process but it won't be saved in the CoreOne Suite.

Add Result Attributes

Choose or add the Attribute(s) that you want to identify a matched record with.

Testing the record-matching process

Log in into the chosen Applicaton

Enter the Attributes you defined in the Input

After a successfull Login, check if the CoreIdentity recieved the Output attribute.

Verification & Reset

You can find a Success-Log of the record-matching process under SSO → Record Matching Sucess Log or in the Success-Log-Tab in the Record-matching process.
