Step 1 - Excel file

In the first step you need to create an excel file with the following rows:

  • Number

  • description

  • Employee abbreviation

  • Comment

  • obejct_id

Step 2 - Import

In this step we have to define what we want to import an from where. So fill in the following information for the import:

  • Asset Type; Asset Type

  • Asset Group; From which asset group should the import be

  • Upload; Excel File

  • Assignment status; Free, assigned, extern assigned

  • Phone number; References on the row of the excel sheet
