Introduction

The business requirements of each CoreOne Suite customers various depending on multiple factors such as organizational structure, business domain, industry and more. In order to account for those requirements the CoreOne Suite is equipped with Workflows Entry Points that can be used to trigger workflows to account for those requirements. From within those workflows, a wide variety of actions can be executed. Those actions range from simple CRUD operations, to executing a custom script and even allow to interact with the user with user interactions.

Workflow Types

Currently there are two kind of workflows that can be executed. The Legacy Workflows and the Next-Gen Workflows. The legacy workflows are used in most places and will be supported in the upcoming releases. the next-gen workflows offer far more actions and the possibility to persist workflows, but are not yet available in all Workflows Entry Points.
